Phil Kelvin has extensive experience as a mystery shopper, having worked with multiple organizations since 1995, including GfK NOP, where Phil serves as a mystery shopper and traveller, and Mintel since 2000. Notable current engagements include roles with Mystery Shoppers Limited, International Service Check, Proinsight Research Ltd, Shopper Anonymous UK, Albatross, Grassroots, REACT Surveys Ltd., and Optimum Contact. Phil Kelvin completed a Master of Arts in English at the University of Sussex between 1992 and 1993.
