Sanae AHAYAN is a geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in advanced civil engineering studies and research. Currently working at ISALYS GROUP as a geotechnical engineer at Tractebel since May 2023, Sanae previously held a position at Egis from July 2021 to April 2023, focusing on advanced modeling within the Nuclear branch of the company. Prior research experience includes a postdoctoral position at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where development of a new finite element software and offshore foundation models were key objectives. Additionally, Sanae contributed to the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research as a research engineer, specializing in natural clay behavior and offshore monopile foundations. Academic contributions include teaching various geotechnical courses at the University of Liège and Centrale Nantes. Sanae holds multiple degrees in civil engineering, including a Ph.D. from both the University of Liège and Centrale Nantes, as well as prior qualifications from École Hassania des Travaux Publics and preparatory classes.
