Bartolomeu Rodrigues has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Bartolomeu started their career in 2010 as the Gerente de Marketing at JRS Consultoria and later served as the Diretor de Marketing and Presidente do Conselho at the same company. In 2012, they worked as the Diretor de Marketing at FEJEA, where they led a team of 5 people and focused on expanding the brand's presence in Alagoas and the Northeast region.
In 2013, Bartolomeu worked as an Analista de Projetos at the Secretaria de Estado do Planejamento e do Desenvolvimento Econômico de Alagoas, where they were responsible for monitoring key programs and projects. Bartolomeu then joined Grupo VFX as the Diretor de Arte in early 2014, where they created visual identities, content for social media, and developed communication strategies for companies and professional athletes in the sports poker industry.
From 2017 to 2018, Bartolomeu participated in a hackathon and worked as a Co-creator at Appelou, where they developed an iOS app that helped consumers find products at the lowest price. The app was later discontinued after being active as a side project for a year.
Most recently, Bartolomeu worked as the Diretor de Criação at Nativa from 2014 until 2022, where they were responsible for the creative direction of the company. Their role included overseeing the creation of visual identities, content development, and brand positioning. Bartolomeu is currently working as a Senior Graphic Designer at isaac, starting in 2023.
Bartolomeu Rodrigues has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Advanced Art Direction from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Wordpress Apps of Fire from Adobe. From 2015 to 2017, Bartolomeu attended Escola Cuca and obtained certifications in Art Direction and Advanced Advertising Creation. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Branding from Berlim Digital. In 2018, Bartolomeu began pursuing a Master's degree in Professional Design at CESAR School, and they are still currently enrolled. In 2019, they completed a Pocket of Creative Leadership program at MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL. In 2020, Bartolomeu obtained a certification in Method, Emotion, and Results from GRECO. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Invisible Design from Valkiria Creative Intelligence. Most recently, from 2022 to 2023, Bartolomeu attended Tera to complete a Bootcamp in Digital Product Design.
