Dr Michael Foster is a space scientist with a PhD in cometary atmospheres. Dr Michael co-founded IS-Instruments Ltd in 2010 and has expertise in remote sensing and LIDAR systems. Dr Michael was previously a Senior Scientist at LIDAR Technologies.
