Pierre Castel has extensive experience in research and development within the fields of artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as an Ingénieur de recherche IA / Data scientist at IRT b-com since September 2014, focusing on time series modeling and deployment solutions using Docker. Prior to this role, Pierre Castel worked as an Ingénieur de recherche in video, images, and immersive technologies, conducting research in 3D video and image processing. Earlier career experience includes a position at ARX Arcéo, where Pierre Castel specialized in image processing techniques, including facial and shape recognition, and cryptography. Pierre Castel also held a postdoctoral researcher position at Université de Caen Normandie after completing a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science there.
