Fryderyk Kondej is an experienced engineer currently working at Irreducible since January 2024. Prior to this role, Fryderyk served as the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Vega Protocol from March 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included strategic problem-solving, infrastructure development, and Mainnet operations. Between August 2013 and February 2021, Fryderyk held positions at Bloomberg LP as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, overseeing both front and backend services, and as a Mobile Testing Lab Architect & Lead Engineer, focusing on mobile UI test automation. Fryderyk also has experience as a DevOps Engineer and Release Manager at Infovide-Matrix from June 2006 to June 2012 and spent a year traveling in Asia and Australia before that. Fryderyk holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Information Technology from the Warsaw University of Technology, earned between 2004 and 2011.
