Nathan Burk is a Corporate Counsel at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals since October 2020, previously serving as an Associate Attorney at Goodwin and Gunderson Dettmer from March 2019 to October 2012. Nathan contributed to the legal field as an invited panelist at the Northeastern University School of Law Symposium in 2015 and as a panel judge for the UMass Innovation Challenge MinutePitch Competition in 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at Burk Technology from May 2002 to August 2009, where Nathan co-authored a white paper published at the 2007 NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference. Nathan holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2012) and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2002).
