Esther Andrade is a seasoned QA/QC Manager at Ironwood Clay Company Inc. since October 2018, with previous experience as a Quality Systems Specialist and Quality Control Technician at Chewter's Chocolates. Esther has also worked as a Laboratory Analyst at Molson Coors and Brasil Kirin, where compliance with Good Laboratory Practices and analytical testing were key responsibilities. Early in the career, Esther served as a Chemistry Tutor and Research Assistant at Langara College, focusing on hop terpene extraction and analysis. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Chemistry from Langara College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Ceará.
