Michael Nichols is an experienced professional in the solar industry, currently serving as the Field Training Manager at IronRidge since November 2018, where responsibilities include nationwide training for installers and curriculum development. Prior roles include Field Applications Engineer at Lumeta Solar, contributing to the engineering of innovative solar panel designs, and Solar Installation Technician at Luminalt, demonstrating leadership in solar project installations. Michael also held the position of Regional Operations Manager at SolarCity, overseeing extensive field operations and managing large teams. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Sheffield Solar and Potomac Garage Solutions, focusing on various installation projects.
