Michael Nomland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and infrastructure. Michael has held various leadership positions in different organizations, demonstrating their expertise in planning, executing, and directing IT operations.
At Ironclad Environmental Solutions, Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology, responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of the company. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Technology at the same company.
Before joining Ironclad Environmental Solutions, Michael worked at Switch as the Director of IT Operations. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing network infrastructure operations, budgetary activities, and security in the Texas market, including building data centers at Dell Technologies' Corporate Headquarters.

Michael also held positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, NYK Logistics, Universal Data Technology, Lockheed Martin (NIMA), Sterling Software (NIMA), and Per-Se Technologies, showcasing their expertise in various IT roles.

Michael Nomland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Information Systems degree at the University of Phoenix from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained various certifications, including OSHA 30, OSHA 10, COBIT 2019 Foundation, ITIL Foundation Level in IT Service Management, and others. Michael has also completed leadership transformation training at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the Educause Leadership Program in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration. Furthermore, Michael has obtained certifications in various technical fields such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Unix Systems Administration, among others.
