Zeljana Timms, MPA, SHRM-SCP has worked in Human Resources since 2013. Zeljana began their career at Andrews Air Force Base Child Development Center as a Child and Youth Program Assistant. In 2017, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they were nominated by their regional team leader for several quarterly employee recognition awards and led the onboarding of 400+ new hires. Zeljana also co-piloted the re-design and change management for 800+ employees' coaching assignments and supported leadership through the semi-annual talent review process, compensation planning, and career development activities. In 2019, Zeljana joined IronArch Technology as a Senior Employee Experience & Culture Associate.

Zeljana Timms obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2012. Zeljana went on to earn a Master of Public Administration - MPA, with a focus on Human Resources Management, from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government in 2018. In 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
