Margie Groy is a seasoned Realtor with over 25 years of experience in the home industry, specializing in new construction, home renovations, and marketing. Currently associated with Iron Valley Real Estate, Margie has extensive expertise in negotiations, contracts, and sales. Previous roles include Development Coordinator at RSVP of the CAPITAL REGION, where strategic business planning and community relations were key responsibilities, and a Business Management Consultant with a diverse portfolio ranging from retail to event management. Margie's involvement with HACC Lebanon Campus as a Career Advisor focused on recruitment and marketing strategies, alongside a directorship at the American Red Cross overseeing sales and volunteer staffing.
