John Rendleman, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Iron Point Partners, LLC since January 2019, John has previously held positions as Senior Associate, Associate, and Senior Analyst within the same organization. Prior to joining Iron Point Partners, John worked at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors from April 2017 to January 2019, where John was also a Senior Associate and Associate. John's career began at EY, where John contributed to financial services advisory projects, generating financial projections and supporting operational readiness for a major securitization platform, along with participating in Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review initiatives as an intern. John holds a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia and studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
