Jeff Wood is an experienced executive in finance and energy sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Iron Oak Energy Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Jeff held the role of Chief Financial Officer at BayoTech Hydrogen from May 2023 to April 2024, and served as President and Chief Financial Officer at Black Stone Minerals, L.P. from November 2016 to February 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Chief Financial Officer at Siluria Technologies, Inc. from June 2014 to October 2016, and at Eagle Rock Energy Partners from January 2009 to May 2014. Jeff began a financial career at Lehman Brothers as Senior Vice President from August 1997 to January 2009, after starting as an Associate at PwC from August 1993 to July 1997. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Business Administration from Baylor University.
