Melissa Mertz possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently holding the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Iron Mountain since January 2015. Prior roles include Operations Specialist at Univest Capital, Inc., where workflow processes were redesigned, and Sales & Service Representative at Univest Bank & Trust, Co., focusing on customer financial solutions. Additional experiences include purchasing at Global Brass and Copper, call center support at Regions Bank, and a decade of service in the United States Navy as an Aerographier's Mate First Class. Melissa has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently pursuing a Pre-Certification course in Private Investigation, Melissa combines a strong operational background with a commitment to customer service excellence.
