Brad Dameron is an experienced training manager currently working at Iron Mountain and ITRenew. With a career spanning over two decades, Dameron has held various roles at Garmin International, including Consumer Sales Event Specialist and Manager of Product Training for the U.S. West Territory, where oversight of regional training specialists was key. Previous roles also include positions in product support training and supervision. Dameron's earlier career includes teaching high school mathematics at Basehor-Linwood High School and Chapman High School. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Adult, Continuing, and Occupational Education and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Math Education, both from Kansas State University.
