Charlie Swain's work experience includes various roles at different companies. In 2015, they started as a Shift Lead at Domino's and worked there until February 2017. From May 2016 to August 2019, they served as a Pool Manager at Crystal Aquatics Inc. In 2019, they became a waiter at Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood, where they worked until January 2022. Charlie then worked as a Bartender at Topgolf from June to September 2021. In 2022, they interned at Carahsoft from May to August. Currently, Charlie is working as a Sales Development Representative at Iron Bow Technologies starting in June 2023.

Charlie Swain attended James Madison University from 2018 to 2023 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In February 2021, Charlie also obtained a certification in Harvard Business Spreadsheet Modeling from Harvard Business Publishing.
