Siham Hamou Aldja is a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and energy systems. Currently serving as the Responsable du service raccordement and previously as Chargée d'études raccordement at IRISOLARIS since June 2020, Siham also held the position of Chargée d'études at Eiffage Énergie Systèmes from October 2019 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as Opératrice de l'encartonneuse 32 Tetra Pak at Laiterie Soummam in December 2016. Siham's educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Gestion des Réseaux d'Energie Electrique and a Master 1 in Automatique et Systèmes Électriques from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, along with a Licence in Ingénierie Electrique and another Licence in Électrotechnique from Université Abderrahmane Mira de Béjaïa.
