Ruth Heenan is a seasoned professional in employee relations and industrial relations, currently serving as the Employee Relations and IR Manager at Irish Life since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ruth worked as an Employer Relations Executive at Ibec from September 2019 to November 2023, providing expert advice to member companies on Employment Law and Industrial Relations issues. Furthermore, Ruth gained experience as a Bank Executive in the Enforcement Division of the Central Bank of Ireland from October 2017 to September 2019. Academic achievements include a Diploma of Education in Occupational Health and Safety from Technological University Dublin and a BCL GA degree in Law and Irish from University College Cork.
