Ronnie Griffin is a highly experienced financial services professional currently serving as Co-Founder of SpireBay since May 2024 and Chairperson of the Talent Steering Group at Irish Funds, showcasing expertise in talent development within the industry. With a significant tenure at HSBC, from December 2002 to September 2023, Ronnie held various executive roles, including Global Head of Trustee & Fiduciary Services, where strategic oversight of the global trustee, fiduciary, and depositary offerings was provided. Prior to HSBC, Ronnie was a Manager at KPMG, specializing in financial services audit and advisory. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and a BBS in Finance from Dublin City University.
