Sarah Buckley is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at the Irish Farmers Journal since August 2010, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR strategy development, performance management, leadership development, and recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Consultant at Clarigen Ltd., HR Manager at Linesight, HR Business Partner at Barclaycard, and HR Officer at Concern Worldwide, among others. Sarah holds an MBS in HR Strategies from Dublin City University and a BA in HRM from the National College of Ireland, complemented by a BComm International from University College Dublin.
