Natasha Federici is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in building and enhancing L&D functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Assetz Capital, Natasha has successfully developed a comprehensive L&D strategy, created an effective LMS system with over 300 courses, and implemented numerous training initiatives that significantly improved compliance and fostered a learning culture. As the Founder of Jigsaw Training, Natasha delivers accredited mental health first aid qualifications and workshops. Previous roles include Learning and Development Advisor at Salix Homes, where Natasha designed and delivered accredited courses, managed learning queries, and implemented a new LMS system enhancing engagement by 45%. Natasha's experience is complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Drama from the University of Birmingham.
