Jon Patenaude is an experienced professional in the field of practice management systems and software implementation. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at IRIS Software Group since July 2023, Jon previously worked as an Applications Consultant at Iris-Star Software Group. Between 2001 and 2022, Jon held multiple roles at Grant Thornton LLP, culminating in the position of Manager of Management Information Systems, where leadership was provided in a major system upgrade project. Jon's earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Analyst and Practice Management Administrator at Grant Thornton, where key system migrations and optimizations were executed.
