Martha Bieschke is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical support, systems engineering, and operations management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Sr. Operations Technical Support Lead at Iridium since October 2017, Martha specializes in monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing the billing systems while collaborating with network staff to ensure operational efficiency. Prior roles include DevOps Engineer at Health BI, where expertise in Linux and scripting was applied, and Senior Engineer of Online Charging System & VAS at TRICOM, S.A., responsible for the maintenance of various telecom systems.
