Bernie Dugan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Enterprise Applications at Iridium since March 2012, previously holding the role of Director of Billing OSS Product & System Integration. Prior to this, Bernie Dugan was employed at AT&T from October 2006 to October 2012 as Associate Director of Customer Solutions, Technology, focusing on program management and financial analysis within the National Billing and Sales Operations Team, and also served as Area VP Operations in San Juan, Puerto Rico, managing compliance of internal processes and Business Operating Systems. Earlier in the career, Bernie Dugan was the Director of Billing & Revenue Assurance at Centennial Communications from February 2000 to October 2006, overseeing billing, project management, and revenue assurance metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
