Murtaza Akbari is currently the Manager of Winning Culture at iResponze, where the focus is on creating a motivating and enjoyable work environment. Prior to this role, Murtaza served as a Content Writer at Upluup and as a Student Activity Coordinator at AURO University of Hospitality and Management. Murtaza began their career at iResponze as an Assistant Engagement Manager and also worked as a Medical Calligraphist at Shree Mahavir Health & Medical Society. Involvement in AIESEC Surat included roles as a general member and various organizing committee positions, with a focus on youth empowerment initiatives. Murtaza holds an MBA in Business Administration from AURO University of Hospitality and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Navnirman Institute of Management. Early education was completed at P.R. Khatiwala Vidya Sankul with a focus on Commerce.
