Pooja Rastogi is an accomplished Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving at Ircon Davanagere Haveri Highway Ltd since April 2019, Pooja specializes in secretarial compliances, SEBI LODR 2015, and DPE guidelines. Previously, Pooja worked at Fibcom India Ltd from July 2015 to March 2019, focusing on secretarial and ROC compliances while managing banking liaison and cash flow monitoring. Pooja began their career as a CS Management Trainee at Prima Telecom Limited, where responsibilities included assisting with DIN and company incorporation. Pooja holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a PGDM in management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Laws from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
