Prior to this role, Nicola held the position of Area Export Manager at Fabbri 1905 Spa from February 2018 to October 2023, overseeing commercial operations across multiple business units in Balkans, Southern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and India. From July 2016 to February 2018, Nicola worked as an International Sales Manager at Abafoods srl / Royal Wessanen Group, managing key brands in Latin America and Southern Europe. Nicola's earlier experience includes serving as Export Manager at Abafoods s.r.l. from July 2012 to June 2016, focusing on the expansion of the Isola Bio brand, and as Administrator at Proper Capsule srl from January 2006 to May 2012, where responsibilities included market analysis, business planning, and technological oversight.
