Colette Chorel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Colette began their career as a Stage ouvrier (Production and R&D) at Took Took in 2009. Colette then worked as an Etude bibliographique at Lesieur in 2010. In the same year, they also completed a Stagiaire Recherche et Développement role at RUF Lebensmittelwerk KG. In 2010, they joined Laiterie Saint-Malo (Groupe Sill) as a Chargé de mission marketing.

Colette then transitioned to Danone in 2011, where they served as a Trainee _ Engineer Dairy Quality Opérations. Colette later moved on to Groupe Soparind Bongrain in 2012, starting as a VIE Quality Engineer and eventually becoming a Quality Manager Junior.

In 2014, Colette joined DöhlerGroup as a Manager Group Quality and Food Safety Risk. Colette then moved to Kerry in 2016, where they started as a Quality Manager and eventually took on the role of Quality Manager, deputy Plant Manager. Colette continued to progress within Kerry, becoming a Plant Manager - Site Hochheim in 2020 and subsequently Plant Manager - Site Hochheim & Tilburg in 2022.

Most recently, Colette started working at IRCA Group in 2023 as the Plant Manager - Managing Director Sucrest GmbH. Colette'swork experience showcases their growth and expertise in the industries they have worked in.

Colette Chorel earned a degree in Agroalimentaire from Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Agroalimentaire de Bretagne atlantique (ESIAB) from 2008 to 2011. Colette also obtained certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences in 2021-2022, HACCP team lead from TÜV Süd in 2018, and Lead Auditor IRCA ISO 9001:2015 from Academy SGS in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Colette also completed additional certifications in various subjects through Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Duke Corporate Education in 2022.
