Okagbue Ernest is a skilled Rope Access Rigger at Skysite Rope Access since February 2018 and has been a Rope Access Technician, Conventional and Advanced NDT Inspector, and Corrosion Control specialist with IRATA International since June 2014. Okagbue holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Port Harcourt, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
