Sima Ghaffari is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber since October 2020 and as an Attorney At Law at the Iran Central Bar Association since October 2021. Sima is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and holds the position of ICC YAAF Representative for the North Africa & Middle East at ICC Arbitration until October 2024. Previous roles include Legal Associate at Sheed Associates, Associate at Ferdowsi Legal, and Legal Assistant positions at LegaMart and PAA Law Firm. Sima gained research experience with the UNESCO Chair on Education for Human Rights, Democracy and Peace and participated as an Oralist in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Trade Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Allameh Tabataba'i University, along with a Bachelor's degree in English translation. Sima attended the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property in 2020.
