Mostafa Bikaran Behesht is a barrister at the Iran Central Bar Association since March 2011, with a diverse background in legal management and contract administration. Previous roles include Legal Manager at the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality and Contract Manager at Esteghlal Football Club, along with experience as a Contract Administrator at Sepah Bank. Mostafa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Economic Law from Allameh Tabataba'i University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law from Islamic Azad University, where a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree was also obtained.
