Amir Hossein Mafi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A deals, and dispute resolution. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Jikan Law Firm since July 2020, Amir has focused on serving clients in various sectors, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Amir has been an Attorney at Law with the Iran Central Bar Association since June 2019, supporting the integrity of the judicial system. Additionally, Amir serves as an Arbitrator for the Shipping Association of Iran and provides legal advisory services to various corporations. Previous roles include Legal and Contracts Manager for Persia Kala, Legal Counsel for Global Petro Tech, and Partner at Saramad Advocates. Amir holds an LL.M. in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Khatam University.
