Grace Y.L. Wang is an accomplished asset manager with extensive experience in asset management and real estate evaluation. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at IRA Capital since May 2023, Grace has previously held positions including Associate in Asset Management at Sentral, Asset Management Associate and Investment Analyst at Manulife Investment Management, and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on valuation and advisory services as well as green finance. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from UC Irvine, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Architecture in Real Estate Investment and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
