Delaney Danca currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at IR, beginning in October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at Sunday from October 2021 to September 2023, where efforts focused on innovating the lawn and garden space. Delaney also worked as a Recruiter for Strive Consulting, LLC from January 2021 to October 2021, supporting organizations with complex challenges in management consulting and technology. Before that, positions included Recruiter at MindSpring Partners LLC from November 2018 to January 2021 and Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners from September 2017 to November 2018, specializing in staffing and consulting. Delaney obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan between 2013 and 2016.
