Poornima Neelakandan is a seasoned professional in technology and cloud architecture, currently serving as the Director of App Modernization at IQZ Systems since January 2024. Previously, Poornima held the position of Technical Client Director/Solutions Architect at Neudesic, an IBM subsidiary, from July 2022 to January 2024, and contributed as a Principal Consultant in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Cloud Architecture at Neudesic from 2012 to November 2022. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Technical Consultant at NextDocs and a Graduate Assistant at Kutztown University, where Poornima excelled academically, receiving a full Merit Scholarship. With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Poornima has a robust educational foundation that supports expertise in building high-performance delivery teams and scalable systems.
