Mario Margueritat has a diverse background in recruitment and public safety. From May 2017 to March 2022, Mario served as Responsable recrutement at DPSA ILE DE FRANCE, where responsibilities included defining job roles and candidate profiles as well as managing external recruitment partnerships. Prior to this role, Mario was Chargé de planification, ensuring effective coordination of agents within the security company. Additional experience includes serving as Équipier Secouriste with the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris and working as Militaire de la Gendarmerie with the Gendarmerie Nationale. Mario also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management with a focus on Digital Marketing from Digital Campus, obtained in 2017, alongside military training from École de Gendarmerie de Tulle and Établissement Public d'Insertion de la Défense in 2015.
