Leila Saphariny is a seasoned professional with significant experience in global resource management, currently serving as a Senior Global Resources Manager at CSOFT International since March 2015. In this role, Leila has excelled in sourcing translator candidates, coordinating resource usage, negotiating translation rates, and ensuring quality through effective communication with project managers and linguists. Prior to this position, Leila contributed as an Assistant Manager at the Arab Information Center, where responsibilities included organizing cultural activities and engaging in international trading and marketing.
