Bernice Niel Ruhland, MSL, is an experienced leader in operational effectiveness and quality assurance with a career spanning over three decades across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Effectiveness at IQVIA since January 2019, Ruhland focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency through strategic initiatives and monitoring profit and loss impacts. Previous roles include Director Quality Programs at ValueCentric, where Ruhland implemented a company-wide Quality Management System, and Manager, Project Management at Cognigen Corporation, overseeing project profitability and cash flow improvements. Ruhland's educational background includes a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s in Management from Houghton University.
