Amy Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations within the healthcare and support sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at IQVIA since June 2023, Amy has previously held key roles such as SVP of Patient Experience and Vice President of Operations at AccessOne from April 2019 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes the position of Director of Operations at Lash Group and roles in call center operations at AccessOne, as well as client relations management at Professional Recovery Consultants. Amy began a career at FedEx as a Manager from 2000 to 2005. Amy Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1996 and 2000, following a diploma in General Studies from Washington High School.
