Holly Parsons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Outwards Reinsurance at IQUW since October 2023, Holly previously held the position of Ceded Reinsurance Manager at Beazley from February 2017 to September 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Underwriter at Odyssey Re and Catastrophe Risk Analyst at QBE European Operations, alongside early experience as a Researcher at The Social Investment Consultancy and Retail Operations Administrator at Kurt Geiger. Holly's academic background includes a Masterā€™s degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
