Nomaan Sayeed Farooqi is a seasoned technical proposal writer currently serving as a Senior Technical Proposal Writer at iQuasar, LLC since July 2021. Previously, Nomaan gained experience as a Technical Proposal Writer at IBM in the Global Technical Services department from November 2016 to November 2017. Academically, Nomaan holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Kashmir, completed in April 2020, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from the Islamic University of Science & Technology. Additional technical training includes industrial courses in Java Programming and Wireless Sensor Networks from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), as well as Computer Aided Drafting from NIESBUD.
