Michalis Gikas is a co-founder of iqrate, a company focused on data and insights for tourism properties, where involvement began in July 2018. Previously, Michalis served as a product manager at supermarketnow from August 2015 to October 2016, responsible for defining product features, designing the roadmap, and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to address customer needs. Prior experience includes a project manager role at iprovidenow Ltd from February 2015 to August 2015, where duties included managing project scope, task prioritization, and collaboration with web developers and designers. Michalis holds a degree from the Technical University of Crete, completed in 2016.
