Luis Arroyo Soto is an experienced professional in production planning and quality control, currently serving as Responsable de Planeamiento de la Producción at IQFARMA since April 2023, while also holding the role of Responsable de Mano de Obra y Control de Calidad. Prior experience includes working as an Analista PCP at San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. and as an Analista de Planeamiento Logístico at Laboratorios AC FARMA, where Luis contributed to logistical planning and production control. Additional roles include supervising production at TRANS MASP and managing resources at Industrias Argoplast S.A.C. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in International Management and Operations from National University of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
