Naomi Reid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Naomi started their career as a Fleet Administrator at Cumbria County Council in October 2012, where they worked until August 2013. Naomi then moved on to GL Noble Denton in October 2013, where they worked as a Data Administrator for a brief period before transitioning to Wood in November 2013. At Wood, they served as a Training and Competence Administrator until March 2015. From May 2015 to August 2018, Naomi worked as a Training Programme Administrator at NHS Education for Scotland. In September 2018, they joined the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland as an Operational Assistant, a position they held until June 2019. Their most recent role is at Iqarus, where they started as a Project Coordinator in July 2019 and eventually became a Senior Project Coordinator in March 2021.

Naomi Reid obtained a Master of Arts - MA (Hons) degree in Behavioural Studies from the University of Aberdeen, starting in 2008 and completing their studies in 2012. In 2022, they enrolled in The Knowledge Academy to pursue a Prince2 Foundation certificate. The duration of their studies at The Knowledge Academy is currently ongoing.
