Ebru Ertem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and internal audit leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Central Operations at iQ Student Accommodation since March 2019, Ebru is responsible for the coordination and improvement of various operational activities, including customer service, credit control, and compliance. Prior to this role, Ebru held multiple positions at PwC from April 2010 to February 2019, culminating in the role of Head of Internal Audit, where responsibilities included managing internal audit engagements across various industries. Ebru's academic background includes a BSc Honours in Mathematics with Management Science from the University of Southampton.
