Alec Grocott is an experienced Fire Safety Manager at iQ Student Accommodation, specializing in health and safety within a large property portfolio across the UK since April 2015. Prior to this role, Alec held several key positions, including Health and Safety Manager overseeing compliance for the entire UK portfolio and Head of Health, Safety and Environment at Waterstones. Additionally, experience as Group Head of Health, Safety and Environment at HMV was gained, alongside a long tenure at Manchester City Council managing a team of enforcement officers in health and safety, food safety, and epidemiology, which included substantial court experience.
