Shukran Shaffee is an experienced professional in the field of library and information science, currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Manager at Ipsos Strategy3 since August 2008. Prior to this role, Shukran held the position of Head, Resource Centre at Shahrizat Rashid & Lee from August 2002 to July 2008, and worked as a Librarian at Mantissa Institute from December 2000 to July 2002. Shukran began the career as an Information Resource Assistant at the Malaysian AIDS Council, where employment lasted from May 1997 to November 2000. Educational background includes a degree in Library & Information Science from Institut Teknologi Mara, completed from 1992 to 1996.
