Rachel Beach, Assoc. CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in leading HR Shared Services across multiple countries. Currently serving as the HR Shared Services Head for UK&I and International at Ipsen since April 2022, Rachel is responsible for global process ownership, service delivery, strategy development, and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Müller UK & Ireland Group, including Hire To Retire Stream Lead, where strategic direction and continuous improvement of HR services were prioritized. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruitment & Talent Officer at Bentley Motors Ltd, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding. Rachel holds multiple qualifications in Human Resource Management from Staffordshire University.
