Michelle Lewis, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll at Ipsen since September 2018. Previously, Michelle held roles including Global Manager Payroll at Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Global Director of Payroll at inVentiv Health, demonstrating extensive experience in global payroll leadership. At Meridian Health, Michelle managed HR Data and Analytics while leading projects and teams. Earlier roles include Payroll Lead at Meridian Health, Director of Payroll at Wyndham Worldwide, and significant positions in payroll management at Verizon Wireless and Bell Atlantic Mobile. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from Thomas Edison State University.
